I have always been motivated to make the biggest difference possible to those around me in every position I've held, be it working in banking and finance, hospitality, or business mentoring and management.   

After years in mainstream jobs, and business development, I trained at South Pacific College of Natural Therapies in Ellerslie, Auckland gaining a Health Science degree (BHSc(Comp Med)), and advanced diplomas in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine.

This was followed with the establisment of BounceBack Natural Health in Warkworth at the beginning of 2007 and since then BounceBack has grown into a vibrant and bountiful practice however, I have always felt there was more to natural medicine than simply caring for my clients.

In 2008 I became a committee member of the New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists (NZAMH) which exposed me to the struggles most practitioners face in their every day practice. It was in these struggles I heard a calling to make a real difference by helping practitioners transform their practices and the idea behind Practice101 was born. 

In addition to running my practice, and being on the National Committee, and Treasurer of the New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists (NZAMH):

I am a regular contributor to a number of natural health magazines and local newspapers, including being the Business Contributor to Avena, the journal of the NZAMH.

I do Practice management training and consultancy work with  a number of Kiwi, Australian, European and South African practitioners and am an International Speaker on Natural Medicine and Integrative Healthcare

I teach Practice Management at the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine in Greenlane Auckland

I am completing a Masters Degree (MMgt) in health management.
